Automated Notifications for Review on 3rd Party Portals
Until now, it has only been possible to receive a notification for a new review which has been submitted on Customer Alliance. When a guest leaves a review on TripAdvisor, Google, Facebook or any other review portal, these were only notified via our daily digest email.
As of today, it is possible to be notified via email of every new review for any portal which you choose.
Simply configure your Email Report settings with the portal(s) which you would like to receive new review notifications for, and you're done!
